Pilotarc UG
Pilotarc is a technology start-up based at the Science Park Facility at the University of Kassel. Founded by Ben Groth and Alexander Noll and with a capable Team, our mission is to make metal cutting accessible as never before while innovating plasma nozzles utilizing space technologies found in the thrusters of satellites. CNC Plasma cutting machines present a fundamental method in metal sheet manufacturing. We build the most compact plasma cutting machine on the market, about to bring plug&play technology with unmatched smartness, affordability, speed, and quality. An innovative space-technology-driven nozzle design enables advanced plasma beam control and compression for cuts of higher quality and precision. Pilotarc provides a previously unreachable solution for small workshops, construction sites, research and development departments, or other makers, reducing lead times and accelerating innovation.
